Support

Talk to a person.

Support for sentryq Cloud and the sentryq apps for Windows, macOS and mobile is by email, answered by the people who build it.

support@sentryq.ai

Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 CET. We aim to answer within one business day. Tell us your workspace address and what you were doing when it went wrong, and a screenshot if you have one.

Reporting a security issue

Found a vulnerability? Write to support@sentryq.ai with “Security report” in the subject. It goes to the people who build sentryq, we acknowledge within two business days, and we ask you not to disclose it publicly until it is fixed. The same contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Getting started

  1. 1.Create your workspaceSign up at sentryq.ai/signup with your agency's name, the address you want (your-agency.sentryq.ai) and your timezone. There is no card field: billing is done by Fanvue.
  2. 2.Connect FanvueIn the hub, press Connect Fanvue. Fanvue shows its own consent screen; we never ask for your Fanvue password.
  3. 3.Subscribe for each modelFrom the Fanvue account of each model you want covered, open the sentryq listing in the Fanvue App Store and subscribe. Back in the hub, press Re-check and your CRM is built.
  4. 4.Sign in to your CRM and add your teamOpen your-agency.sentryq.ai with the owner login the hub gives you. Under Admin, Members, add each chatter with a role and assign them only the models they work on: a chatter sees those models' conversations and nothing else.
  5. 5.Removing someoneUnassign a model under Admin, Members to take it away from a chatter, or remove the member to end their access entirely. Either takes effect on their next click.

Chatter access, fan data and revocation

How a chatter's access is scoped

  • Access is based on roles (admin, leader, qa, trainer, chatter), and each role holds its own set of permissions.
  • Access is per model: a chatter sees only the creators an admin has assigned to them.
  • Every chat, thread, media and fan request checks that assignment on the server and is refused for any other creator.
  • A chatter on a clock break is locked out. Sending, fan notes and mass messages are each separate permissions.

What fan data a chatter sees

  • For their assigned creators only: the conversation and its media, the fan's spend with that creator (lifetime, tips, PPV, subscription), the tracking link the fan came from, and the agency's own notes on the fan.
  • No fan email or payment details are shown.
  • Chatters cannot export. CSV exports exist only on the admin finance pages, behind admin-only permissions.

How access is revoked

  • An admin unassigns a model under Admin, Members to take that creator away from a chatter. It applies on the chatter's next request.
  • An admin removes a member to end their access completely: the login is banned, their sessions end, and every model assignment and shift is removed.
  • A creator can revoke the whole agency at once by disconnecting sentryq in their Fanvue app settings. Our token stops working immediately, and no chatter can read or send for that creator after that.
  • Every message sent or unsent, every conversation opened and every sign-in is logged against the chatter's account.
  • What is sentryq?

sentryq is management software for creator businesses that sell memberships on Fanvue, a platform in the same family as Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee that creators of every kind use. It gives the team one place for conversations, earnings, schedules and coaching. It does not host or sell content itself: what a creator publishes stays on Fanvue, under Fanvue's rules.

  • What is my workspace address?

Every agency has its own address, your-agency.sentryq.ai. The owner chose the name at signup, and anyone in the agency can tell you what it is.

  • The Mac app is asking for a workspace

The sentryq app from the Mac App Store serves every agency, so on first launch it asks which workspace to open. Type your agency's name (for example demo) and it remembers it. To change it later, choose App, then Switch Workspace.

  • I cannot sign in

Accounts inside a workspace are managed by that agency's administrators, so ask them first: they can send you a new sign-in link. If you are the owner of the workspace and cannot get in, write to us from the owner's email address.

  • The desktop app asks for Screen Recording on macOS

Your agency can record the screens of the people who work in its workspace, and macOS needs your permission before any app can do that. You can grant or refuse it in System Settings, Privacy & Security, Screen Recording. While recording is on, the app shows a red Recording mark in its title bar and a red dot in the menu bar; click either to see what is recorded. The Privacy Policy explains what is recorded and who can see it.

  • How do I delete my data?

Data inside a workspace belongs to the agency, which can delete it. For your own account, or anything else, the data deletion page explains what we remove and how to ask.
